FUJIAN CATERING MANAGEMENT LIMITED is seeking competent restaurant manager and bookkeeper to work with us in Auckland

You are required to work at least 30 hours per week, and have at least two years of work experience, or hold relevant NZQF qualification

We offer hourly wage rates ranging from Minimum $28 to maximum $48 depending on your relevant skill and/or work experience

Your main tasks as restaurant manager

  • hire, train and supervise staff
  • ensure customer service is maintained at a high level
  • ensure health, safety and liquor licensing regulations are followed
  • take customer bookings andĀ help serve food and drinks
  • ensure food is prepared and cooked to set company specifications
  • organise supply purchases, and keep stock records
  • plan budgets and rosters
  • plan menus with cooks or chefs
  • marketing and promotion
  • organise food and beverage events, promotions and advertising.

Your main task as bookkeeper

  • maintain financial or account records
  • operate computers or computerised equipment
  • execute sales or other financial transactions
  • verify accuracy of financial or transactional data
  • monitor cash flow and lines of credit
  • prepare and produce financial statements, budget and expenditure reports and analyses
