I’m Kate at Carejobz Recruitment, and I’m delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a prestigious aged care provider in Wellington who is seeking an exceptional Clinical Manager to join their leadership team in a permanent, full-time role.

This is a vital position, offering the opportunity to provide specialist clinical leadership, ensure the highest standards of resident care, and support a dedicated and passionate care team.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the nursing and care teams day-to-day
  • Oversee clinical standards, compliance, and resident safety
  • Provide hands-on support with clinical tasks and documentation
  • Mentor and guide team members to deliver best practice care
  • Foster a collaborative, supportive workplace culture
Requirements
  • Current New Zealand Nursing Council registration and APC
  • Demonstrated experience as a Clinical Manager or Senior RN with leadership responsibilities in aged care
  • Strong clinical expertise with proven leadership capability
  • Ability to adapt quickly, manage pressure, and lead through change
