key responsibilities:

lead and motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer service. oversee the daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service. train and develop team to maximize performance.

Assist in managing inventory and maintaining food safety standards. Handle cash management and ensure complaince with company policies.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 1year in a management, hospitality or retail role is required. Not required if you meet the qualification requirement.

Education: Completion of year 12 or 13 is preferred. However, exceptions may be made based on relevant experiences.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings an weekends.

A passion for food and customer satisfaction.

Salary: $25 to $30 per hour, based on experience.
