We are a fast-food store based in Auckland region and currently looking for highly motivated full time permanent Store Manager to perform and ensuring that our valuable customers continue to best services. You will be required to work between Monday- Sunday (as rostered) for minimum 30 hours to maximum 45 hours.
Job Duties:
· Recruit, manage, motivate, and train the front of house team.
· Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure a seamless delivery of food to the guests.
· Ensure that the restaurant is ready for service, neat and tidy, nicely laid up.
· Build an excellent rapport with customers and communicate with them in terms of gathering feedback and acting on it.
· Ensure that the restaurant is up to date with the health and safety regulations and that scheduled clean-ups are conducted on time.
· Coordinate with kitchen staff for ordering and arranging groceries, food, cutlery, and other required items.
· Ensure that food, labour, and marketing costs are within the budget.
· Maintain a record of invoices, payments, deliveries, cash, and other financial transactions.
· Coordinate with the kitchen team to maintain an accurate record of stock level, ensuring expired stock is immediately discarded and the kitchen pantry is kept optimally stocked.
Job Requirements:
· You must have 2 years of relevant industry work experience or at least Level 5 or higher diploma qualification in management.
· Reliable and hardworking
· Team player who is confident and honest
· Has excellent personal presentation and punctuality
· Clean character background
· Zero Tolerance of alcohol and drugs in the workplace, Random Drug tests may require time to time.
Salary can be negotiated as per your proven experience level; it will range from $28 per hour to $34 per hour.
