As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for:

Planning and organising daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Supervising and coordinating the activities of front-of-house and back-of-house staff.

Monitoring quality of food and service, and addressing customer feedback.

Managing stock control, ordering supplies, and maintaining cost efficiency.

Recruiting, training, and rostering staff as required.

Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene standards.

Developing and implementing marketing or promotional activities to boost business growth.

Preparing budgets, monitoring financial performance, and ensuring cost-effective operations.
Skills and Experience Required
To be successful in this role, you should have:

Either a relevant qualification such as a diploma or degree in hospitality OR at least 3 years of relevant work experience
