As the new Manager, you'll oversee both a vibrant retirement village and a busy care home, bringing your leadership, commercial acumen, and people-first approach to create a thriving community.
 
What You'll Do
  • Lead the operational and clinical services across a dual-site retirement village and care home.
  • Drive occupancy, financial performance, and sales while fostering a culture of quality and trust.
  • Inspire, develop, and support a diverse team of around 100 staff to deliver person-centred care.
  • Engage with residents, families, and the local community to ensure exceptional experiences.
  • Provide strong leadership in Quality, Risk, and Health & Safety.
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience as a business manager or senior leader in a large, complex, fast-paced environment (health/aged care preferred).
  • Strong financial and commercial skills, including budget management and performance analysis.
  • Experience leading transformational change and building engaged, high-trust teams.
  • A relevant tertiary qualification in business, leadership, or health management.
  • Resilience, empathy, and an ability to thrive in a diverse, people-focused environment.

This is a full-time permanent role (40 hours, Mon-Fri) with shared on-call responsibilities. You'll be joining a leading aged-care and retirement organisation that's committed to enriching lives and supporting communities.
