About the Role
As Senior Registered Nurse, you’ll work closely with the Clinical Services Manager to provide high-level clinical leadership and mentoring to a talented, multicultural team.

Your day-to-day will include:
- Leading, supporting, and inspiring a team of nurses and caregivers.
- Overseeing clinical assessments, care planning, and audit readiness.
- Acting as a trusted point of contact for residents’ families, GPs, and allied health professionals.
- Driving a culture of excellence, empathy, and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Bring
- Current New Zealand APC and demonstrated clinical experience.
- At least 1 year as a senior registered nurse in New Zealand's aged care sector.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor both clinical and non-clinical staff.
- Strong delegation, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
- Confidence managing priorities in a dynamic care environment.
