About the Role
As a Senior Nurse in Anaesthetics & Recovery, you will:
  • Provide hands-on clinical leadership across anaesthetics and post-anaesthetic recovery.
  • Mentor, educate, and inspire perioperative nurses, building capability and confidence.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders on resourcing, workforce planning, and quality initiatives.
  • Drive service improvement projects, ensuring compliance with safety and accreditation standards.
  • Model professionalism, teamwork, and patient-centred care every day.
About You
You are a skilled perioperative nurse leader who brings both clinical expertise and people leadership.

You'll have:
  • Current AHPRA Registration (essential).
  • Strong recent experience in Anaesthetics & Recovery nursing.
  • Exposure to education, mentoring, or leadership responsibilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset in fast-paced surgical settings.
  • A genuine commitment to delivering safe, high-quality, patient-centred care.
