About the Role As a Scrub Scout Nurse, you'll be at the centre of surgical excellence, supporting theatre teams to deliver safe, efficient, and patient-focused care.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Scrubbing and circulating for a variety of surgical procedures.
  • Anticipating surgical needs and ensuring instruments are ready.
  • Collaborating across the multidisciplinary perioperative team.
  • Maintaining strict compliance with infection prevention standards.
About You
  • Current AHPRA registration as an RN (essential).
  • Minimum 3 years' perioperative Scrub/Scout experience.
  • Ability to work part-time, across rostered weekday shifts.
  • Calm, adaptable, and confident in high-pressure theatre settings.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Commitment to safe, patient-centred care.
