About You

You’re an experienced Care Manager or Clinical Manager (RN) with:

• Current AHPRA registration (RN Div 1)
• Proven leadership in aged care management
• A collaborative, mentoring approach with RNs and care staff
• Strong knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards & legislation
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• A calm, compassionate leadership style that inspires trust
