We are looking for TWO full–time permanent cooks to be part of our team. This position requires working on weekends. You must be physically fit as this job requires standing for long hours.

Key Responsibilities:

Your daily tasks will include:

  • Food Preparation: Prepping, defrosting, freezing, cutting, washing, measuring, and mixing ingredients for cooking.

  • Cooking & Assembly: Preparing burgers, fried chicken, fries, and other menu items according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines.

  • Customer Service: Taking orders, plating or packing food, and serving customers promptly and professionally.

  • Cash Handling: Operating the till, processing payments accurately, and maintaining cash-handling procedures.

  • Equipment Operation: Safely operating kitchen equipment such as deep fryers, grills, ovens, ice-cream and cold drink dispensers, and milkshake machines.

  • Cleaning & Maintenance: Ensuring all kitchen and cooking areas are cleaned and maintained to meet health and safety requirements.

  • Stock Management: Ordering, receiving, and storing stock, ensuring proper rotation and inventory control.

  • Team Coordination: Communicating and coordinating effectively with front-of-house staff and the factory team as required.
