We’re seeking a highly experienced Registered Nurse to join a busy and community-focused clinic in West Auckland on a part-time, temporary basis.

This role is perfect for a nurse with strong community ties, a passion for advancing health equity, and the ability to deliver culturally responsive, whānau-centered care.

Vaccination experience and knowledge of the West Auckland community are highly desirable.

This is an ASAP start temporary role until April 2026, working 3 days per week - Mon, Tues, Thurs, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide expert clinical care, cold chain management, and health promotion tailored to whānau needs.
  • Support navigation and access to both health and social services, promoting wellness and reducing hospital admissions.
  • Work collaboratively with whānau, clinicians, and stakeholders to deliver equitable, integrated care.
  • Participate in hui, planning sessions, and service reviews to continuously improve delivery and outcomes.

We’re Looking For:

  • Registered Nurse (NZ Nursing Council) with 5+ years' experience working closely with whānau.
  • Strong understanding of Te Reo me ngā Tikanga Māori (fluency is a plus).
  • Skilled in referral triage, clinical assessment, and care coordination.
  • Confident communicator and team player with excellent documentation and IT skills.
  • Full clean Driver’s License required.
