Roco Papaz is an energetic, fast-growing Afro-Asian restaurant known for our bold flavours, top-quality ingredients, and unforgettable dining experience. We’re passionate about creating a welcoming environment for our customers, and we’re looking for two dedicated Restaurant Managers to help lead our team: one for day shifts and one for night shifts.

 About the Role

As a Restaurant Manager at Roco Papaz, you’ll be the driving force behind daily operations, staff management, and customer satisfaction. You’ll lead by example, ensuring every shift runs smoothly, efficiently, and with the vibrant energy our brand is known for. 

 Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure service excellence
  • Manage, train, and motivate front-of-house and kitchen teams
  • Monitor stock levels, order supplies, and control costs
  • Handle rosters, shift planning, and ensure compliance with health & safety standards
  • Deliver an exceptional guest experience and resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally
  • Support marketing initiatives, events, and promotions to grow the business

 About You

We’re looking for hands-on leaders who thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment and bring positive energy to the team. You’ll also have:

  • A Diploma in Hospitality or Business Administration and/or Management or Hotel Management or similar
  • Or a minimum 2 years of previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • A customer-first mindset and passion for hospitality
  • Ability to multitask and solve problems under pressure
  • Flexibility to work either the day shift (10:00 AM – 6:00 PM) or the night shift (5:00 PM – 3:00 AM), including weekends and public holidays
