We are now seeking TWO experienced and passionate Restaurant Managers to lead our team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff management, customer service, and food quality control

·       Lead, train, and motivate front and back-of-house staff to deliver exceptional service

·       Manage inventory, supplier relationships, cost control and Stock levels

·       Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to increase sales

·       Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards

·       Handle customer feedback and resolve issues efficiently

·       Monitor financial performance and assist in budgeting and forecasting

·       Manage rosters, wage costs, and inventory.

·       Drive revenue and profitability through smart business decisions.

·       Understand Social Media and Marketing

Requirements:

·       Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager (preferably in an Indian restaurant)

·       Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

·       Knowledge of Indian cuisine and dining culture

·       Ability to work under pressure and maintain high service standards

·       Excellent problem-solving and customer service abilities

·       LCQ and current Duty Managers Certificate

Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
