Our Pokeno Reinforcement team is seeking an experienced Administrator to actively provide administrative support to the National Project Manager and wider team. This is a fast paced and role that will suit someone with a positive can-do attitude, lots of energy and can effectively multi-task.

Key Responsibilities

• Raise & receipt purchase orders for the team.

• Ensuring daily production records are documented and filed

• Ensuring all electronic health and safety records are kept up to date in the systems used within the business, including Vault

• Undertake any necessary support for event investigation and correspondence to ensure these are communicated in a timely manner.

• Additional duties around national administration as required

Key Attributes

• 2 years administration experience in a similar environment

• Excellent customer service skills are paramount to ensure a strong customer relationship and that all customers’ needs are met.

• Demonstrated ability to apply discretion, judgement and maintain confidentiality

• Able to work collaboratively to drive progress and implementation to achieve measurable results

• Flexible, reliable and customer focused. Communicates effectively with the wider team and operates in a respectful and supportive manner.
