Legal Advised 2021 Limited is seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations at our office. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth office functionality, supporting staff, and contributing to business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Manage office administration, including scheduling, correspondence, and record-keeping.

·       Allocate work to the team members according to the deadlines and submissions

·       Coordinate staff activities, including rostering and performance monitoring.

·       Oversee payroll, invoicing, and financial reporting for office operations.

·       Liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless communication.

·       Implement and maintain office policies and procedures.

·       Maintaining and managing client’s records and file management,

·       Ensure office equipment’s are updated (software & hardware) and office supplies are
        maintained.

·       Provide support to the management team with strategic planning and reporting.

·       Ensure office is compliance with health and safety regulations.

·       Ensure work complies with relevant government legislation, polices and procedure.

Qualifications and Experience:

·       Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an office management or administrative role or Diploma
        level qualification.

·       Right to work in New Zealand (New Zealand citizens, residents, or current work visa holders).
