About the roleWe are seeking an exceptional Restaurant Manager to lead our dynamic team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving financial performance.
What you’ll be doing
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and budget control
- Providing exceptional customer service and handling inquiries or complaints
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and profitability
- Recruiting, training, and managing staff
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations
- Liaising with the Head Chef to maintain product quality
- Analysing sales and financial reports to identify areas for improvement
- Fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
What we’re looking for
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant work experience OR a relevant qualification of management, commerce, business, hospitality etc.
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in financial management and data analysis
- Understanding of hospitality industry and trends
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to change
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
