About the role
We are seeking an exceptional Restaurant Manager to lead our dynamic team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving financial performance.
What you’ll be doing
  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and budget control
  • Providing exceptional customer service and handling inquiries or complaints
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and profitability
  • Recruiting, training, and managing staff
  • Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations
  • Liaising with the Head Chef to maintain product quality
  • Analysing sales and financial reports to identify areas for improvement
  • Fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
What we’re looking for
  • Minimum 3 years’ relevant work experience OR a relevant qualification of management, commerce, business, hospitality etc.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in financial management and data analysis
  • Understanding of hospitality industry and trends
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to change
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for the culinary industry and commitment to exceptional dining experiences
