We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager and Assistant Manager to join our busy restaurant based in christchurch.
Restaurant Manager
Job Description:
- Train and supervise staff
- Ensure all food safety procedures are strictly adhered to according to sanitary regulations
- Work Closely with management to meet revenue objectives
- Implement appropriate strategies to resolve adverse trends and improve sales
- Maintain safe working conditions
- Follow company policies and procedures regarding the handling of cash property products and equipment
- Audit inventory levels to ensure product availability and order products as necessory.
Job Requirements:
- 5+ Years experience in the restaurant industry
- Managers certification and LCQ licence is a must
- Bachelors degree or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekeds
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Exceptional organisation and leadership skills
- Dependable and reliable
Assistant Manager:
Job Description:
- Hire and train sales associates ot work on the floor as well as in shipping
- Allow your knowledge of emerging and consistent treds to inform purchasing and inventory decisions and solutions
- Continually advance your product knowledge and that of other employees
- Maintain accurate customer records for loyalty program
- Assist manager in Managing and evaluating revenue and expense reports
Job Requirements:
- 4+ Years retail experience in a leadership capacity
- Bachelor degree in management or equivalent field
- Ability to effectively train and motivate sales assocites
- Excellet organisatinal problem-solving project management and communication skills
- Managers certification and LCQ licence is a must
