Job advertisement Draft– Office Assistant

NZN Projects Limited is looking for an enthusiastic and energetic office assistant to join the team. This will be a full-time permanent role based in Auckland. You will be required to work for minimum 32 hours per week and maximum 40 hours per week. Suitable applicant will be offered $28/per hour.

You will be required to perform below duties:

 

       Supporting with data entry, maintain record and handling documents.

-            Help with invoicing record and reporting tasks.

-            Manage day to day email and customer inquiries over the call and via email.

-            Manage digital files with accuracy using computer skills.

-            Covering the front admin desk by attending calls and visitors.

-            Maintain daily visitors’ record.

-            Assist team with their admin tasks.

-            Sorting out mails received, sending couriers and managing work deadlines in company       calendars.

       May perform receptionist duties.

  

What we are looking for:

-            You must be computer savvy and have ability to learn new system.

-            Good command on written and speaking English. Good communication.

-            Strong attention to detail.

-            A relevant 1-year work experience is preferred. Training is available for the right candidate.
