Distinction Whangarei is looking for an experienced Bar and Restaurant server.  You must be 18 years or older to serve liquor.  Previous experience in a restaurant or bar would be an advantage.

Distinction Whangarei is looking for an experienced bar or restaurant professional to work in our Anchor Down Bar and Portpbello Restauant.

The Role
The bar is open from 4.30 pm daily and the restaurant opens from 5.30pm.  We are looking a F&B professional that can work in both areas to provide exceptional customer service to our corporate diners during the week and our leisure and group guests over the weekend.  

The ideal candidate for this role will:

Be 18 years or older in order to serve alcohol
Drive revenue and ensuring dinner conversions are maximized
Have in Food and Beverage
Ability to multi task and think on their feet in a busy environment
Experience cashiering and using a POS

We are looking for candidates that are available weekends, public holidays and
school holidays to meet the demands of our business, this position will be evening shifts.
