We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and motivated Store Manager to join our team in Auckland. If you are passionate about customer service, business operations, and leading a team, we want to hear from you! It is a full-time permanent role with minimum  guaranteed 30 hours of work per week.

Requirements:

Level-4 Qualification in Business Management  OR  01 year Experience as a Store Manager.

Exceptional organizational and leadership skills. 

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Food safety certification is a plus.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage daily store operations

Supervise, train, and motivate team members

Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food standards

Deliver excellent customer service and resolve complaints

Develop staff rosters and ensure appropriate staffing levels

Monitor sales performance and implement improvements

Report to business owner on KPIs and store Performance.

Monitor food quality, presentation, and consistency.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Contribute to sales growth through excellent service and store presentation.
