Job Details:
Location: Auckland
Position: Restaurant Manager
Term: Permanent full time position
Wage: $33.65-$35.00 per hour
Hours of work: Minimum 30 hours per week, Maximum 50 hours per week, shifted by
roster from Monday to Sunday
Requirements:

A tertiary qualification at a Diploma level or higher, which is a recognised equivalent to a New Zealand qualification; Or have at least 2 year relevant working experiences.
Preferred Skills:

Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills.

Excellent time management skills.

Physically well to work under pressure during peak meal time.

Follow all hygiene and Health and Safety regulations
Duties and responsibilities:

Develop and plan menus in collaboration with our Chef.

Organise and planning special events and functions.

Manage purchasing and pricing of goods in line with budget requirements.

Maintain accurate records of inventory and financial transactions.

Ensure all dining areas meet health and safety standards, and are clean, functional, and visually appealing.

Engage with customers to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction with meals and service.

Recruit, train, and supervise front-of-house and kitchen staff.

Take reservations, greet guests, and support order-taking as needed.
