This role supports the operational and client-facing functions of HCA Immigration Limited, focusing on immigration case management, administrative coordination, and customer relationship management. The position requires a strong understanding of immigration processes, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
30-40 hours per week
What You’ll Do:
- Support Licensed Immigration Adviser with visa processes
- Manage client files and timelines
- Communicate with clients, migrants and employers
- Provide administrative and compliance support
- Prepare service agreements, MoUs, and onboarding documentation
- Maintain digital and physical records in line with privacy and compliance standards
- Provide timely updates and guidance throughout the immigration process
- Handle escalations professionally and empathetically
- Monitor changes in immigration policy and update internal processes accordingly
- Interpret legislation relevant to immigration and employment.
- Provide support and updates to HCA Immigration staff overseas

- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency
- Contribute to the development of best practices and internal policies
- Participate in team discussions to enhance service delivery and client experience
What We’re Looking For:
- NZQF Level 4 qualification or higher, prefer a relevant university degree
- 3+ years in admin, immigration, or customer service
- Strong communication and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Ezymigrate experience a plus)
Desirable:
- Knowledge of AEWV & NZ immigration policies
- Experience with migrant communities
- Multilingual skills (Tagalog/Bisaya)
