Position: Restaurant Manager
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for ensuring that the restaurant operates efficiently and profitably;
• Ensure that all stock levels are kept up to date;
• Promoting and advertising the food and beverage and other services such as partybookings, birthday and wedding parties;
• Planning vegetarian & fast food menus in consultation with chefs;
• Ensuring sitting arrangement and space and facilities;
• Arranging the purchasing and pricing of goods according to budget;
• Ensuring restaurant should be clean, functional, comply with health regulations;
• Taking customers review for meals, service and customer complaints;
• Responsible for the day to day running and management of the restaurant; selection,training and supervision of staff and give them training;
• Supervise and coordinate assigned shift, check staff punctuality;
• Selling food and beverage to customers and advising them the ingredients used;
• Maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions;
• Ensure that all equipment’s are up to date and upgrade where required; and
• Assist in budgeting and reviewing.
