About the Role

As a key member of our front-of-house team, you’ll be the face of our hotel, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued. You’ll handle a variety of tasks across reception, restaurant, and bar areas, with opportunities to grow and learn in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

*Greet guests warmly and manage seamless check-in and check-out processes.
*Handle bookings, guest inquiries, and communications via email, phone, and in-person.
*Perform general office and administrative tasks efficiently.
*Take sole charge of front desk and hotel operations during shifts, ensuring smooth operations.
*Serve in restaurant and bar.


About You
We’re looking for someone who brings energy, enthusiasm, and a can-do attitude to our team. The ideal candidate will have:
*Strong Communication Skills: Fluent English for clear and professional guest interactions.
*Previous experience and passion for hospitality is essential.
*Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks with ease.
*A quick learner who stays calm under pressure and maintains a friendly demeanor.
*Must be New Zealand citizen or resident visa holder or have open permission to work in New Zealand
