Restaurant Manager
We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to manage our busy fast food store in Kumeu.
Job Description:
Supervise day-to-day restaurant including opening and closing procedures.
Oversee cash-handling, pos reconciliation and daily reporting.
Monitor floor service, ensure timely food delivery and maintain guest satisfaction.
Supervise and train front-of-house staff to maintain consistent service standards.
Ensure all guests receive warm, professional and attentive service.
Conduct inventory checks and manage supply orders in coordination with the kitchen team.
Ensure compliance with food safety hygiene and alchol licensing regulations.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 5 years experience in hospitality or customer service roles preferably in a supervisory capacity.
Proven ability to manage teams in fast-paced environments.
Proficient in POS and basic administrative systems.
LCQ or managers licence is a MUST
Class 2 drivers licence and a clean driving record
