We have 2 positions Full time availablefor cooks pay rate  $25-30 per hour.

The role will involve the following responsibilities:

Job Descriptions

Cooking entrees,main dishes and Desserts.

Ensuring kitchen equipment's are in proper working condition.

Prepare and plate up meals as require with any dietary requirements.

Ensuring the quality of food before it leaves the kitchen.

Oredring stock and checking goods on arrival.

Assisting with menu planing

Maintain and preserve standards and food safety at all times.

Food wastage and cost control and regular stock checks/stock takes.

Train other kitchen staff whenever required.

Keep all work areassurfaces clean and tidy at all times, including washing dishes, keeping fridghes/freezers clean inside and out.

Such other duties assigned from time to time by employer.

Ideal Candidates must demonstrate the following:

1. Must have minimum 2 years experience preparng meals or relevant qualification
2. Flexibility to work. Work includes weekends and on public holodays.Applicants for this position should have NZ citizen/residence or a valid work visa.
