We are looking for an Operations Manager (Manufacturing) in Auckland. This is a
full time permanent position with a minimum of 30 hours a week. Overtime will
be provided if available. We are offering competitive hourly wages of $36 to $40.

Key Job Responsibilities
 Managing daily food production to meet targets for output, quality, cost,
and timeliness.
 Direct the use of physical resources, including equipment, ingredients, and
packaging materials, to ensure efficient production flow.
 Control production processes by monitoring output, adjusting workflows,
managing labour allocation, and addressing bottlenecks.
 Manage and supervise kitchen staff, including task allocation, training,
performance monitoring, and adherence to operating procedures.
 Ensure full compliance with food safety standards (FSSAI/HACCP),
hygiene protocols, and workplace health and safety regulations.
 Monitor production costs, material usage, and labour efficiency to optimise
operations and reduce waste.
 Coordinate procurement, inventory management, and stock control of raw
materials, consumables, and packaging to maintain uninterrupted
production.
 Oversee quality control to ensure all products meet company standards for
taste, texture, hygiene, and packaging.
 Maintain accurate production records, reports, schedules, and
documentation.
 Liaise with stakeholders, production staff and company stores to meet
production targets.
 Implement process improvements, new production methods, and
equipment upgrades to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain
product quality.
 Prepare and verify invoices, GRNs, delivery notes, and route plans.
 Maintain logs for vehicle movement, trip completion, and dispatch reports.

Candidate requirement
 The applicant must have at least 4 years of relevant experience.
 Experience in the food manufacturing industry and understanding of food
safety standards (FSSAI/HACCP)
