Perfect Professional Cleaning Limited is looking for a Cleaner to join our team and help
maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene across various commercial sites in Auckland.
Position: Cleaner
Hourly Rate: $24 TO 26 per hour
Guaranteed Hours: 30 per week
Maximum Hours: Up to 50 per week during peak periods
Location: Auckland
Responsibilities:
- Cleaning and sanitising commercial spaces including offices and common areas
- Vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and waste disposal
- Cleaning restrooms and restocking supplies
- Page 1Maintaining cleanliness of assigned sites to the required standards
- Ensuring health and safety practices are followed
- Travelling to different work locations as required (travel costs covered)
- Using cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and correctly
- Reporting any maintenance or supply issues to the supervisor
- Following work schedules and instructions from management
Requirements:
- Full class 1 or equivalent license
- Able to drive manual vehicles
- Must be reliable and physically fit, handling large trash bags and disposing of waste properly.
- Moving furniture and heavy items for cleaning underneath/behind.
- Willing to Cleaning in extremely dirty, smelly, or hazardous environments (animal mess, mold, construction sites).
- On-call for last-minute emergency jobs.
- Strong attention to detail
- Willing to start early mornings and night shifts.
- Must be legally entitled to work in New Zealand
- Previous cleaning experience preferred but not required
- Willingness to work weekends, evenings, early mornings shifts and public holidays if rostered
- Clear Criminal records and must pass drug and alcohol test
- Willing to get hands dirty for odd cleaning jobs.
