Baker

Our Client, based on Leeston, Canterbury is seeking an enthusiastic Baker.

Night Shift work starts at 9.30 PM at night and finishes in the morning !!!

Minimum 2 years of previous baking experience in a bakery, OR Level 4 Relevant Qualification.

Salary $25-$30 Depending on Experience.

This is a permanent position, minimum 32 hours per week (extra hours may be required based on production up to 45 per week ).

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Mixing and baking require daily levels of all bakery products.
• Making traditional Sri Lankan bakery products.
• Baking requires daily levels of Cakes and other products.
• Confident working independently in a self-directed environment
• Ensure that all food products are prepared in compliance with food safety regulations, including HACCP guidelines and general health and safety practices in the workplace.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment.
