Hours: Full-time, minimum 30 hours per week
Pay Range: $30.00–$35.00/hour
Employment Type: Permanent Pizza Hut franchise, is seeking two Store Managers to oversee the daily operations in Queenstown store. The Store Manager role is responsible for leading the store’s commercial performance, staff management, customer experience, and compliance with all operational, food safety, and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

·        Monitoring sales trends to determine appropriate product mix, stock levels, and service standards for the store.

·        Managing store-level purchasing schedules and ordering stock based on local demand and franchise guidelines.

·        Implementing local store marketing initiatives, including in-store promotions, community advertising, and approved digital campaigns on delivery platforms.

·        Setting and adjusting prices for approved local promotions and specials within delegated authority.

·        Leading, supervising, and developing the store team, including recruitment, training, rostering, and performance management.

·        Managing store-level budgets and cost controls, including labour planning and wastage management.

·        Ensuring compliance with food safety procedures, health and safety requirements, and franchise operational standards.

·        Maintaining high standards of presentation, cleanliness, product quality, and overall customer experience.

·        Resolving escalated customer issues and ensuring smooth shift handovers and consistent operational performance.

• Ensuring prompt, friendly service according to company guidelines.
• Handling verbal and written customer complaints immediately.
• Monitoring and maintaining adequate food and beverage inventories.
• Ensuring timely product preparation and presentation meets company standards.
• Maintaining compliance with all local laws, regulations, and guidelines.
• Building a positive relationship with local authorities.
• Ensuring adherence to all cash handling procedures.
• Directing overall activities and performance of hourly staff.
• Completing daily reports and required documentation on time.
• Maintaining effective safety and security programmes.
• Staying up to date with relevant computer applications, systems, forms, and spreadsheets.
• Preparing and cooking pizzas when required, along with general kitchen and front-of-house duties.
• Completing other reasonable duties assigned by the Company. Minimum Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • At least three years of relevant experience or a relevant qualification.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
