EM Private Limited is seeking enthusiastic Front of House staff to join our team in Hamilton. The ideal candidate will be customer-service focused, hardworking, and able to contribute to a smooth and welcoming dining experience.
Key Duties
- Greet customers courteously, present menus and beverage options, and provide assistance as needed.
- Take customer orders accurately and communicate them to kitchen and back-of-house staff.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently, ensuring orders are delivered correctly and meet quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, tables, counters, and service stations.
- Clear tables and return dishes, utensils, and trays to the kitchen promptly.
- Process payments, operate the POS system, and handle cash or digital transactions securely.
- Respond to customer queries, requests, and concerns in a polite and professional manner.
- Assist with preparing tables, setting up service areas, and replenishing supplies as required.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth workflow and timely service.
- Monitor dine-in and takeaway orders to ensure accuracy and prompt delivery.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety protocols at all times.
- Support general business operations and perform other related duties as required.
Required to work for a minimum of 30 hours per week and you will be paid between $23.50 to $27 per hour.

- Relevant work experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and evening shifts.
