This is your chance to bring client visions to life and deliver events that truly WOW. You'll be right at the heart of the action — planning, coordinating, problem-solving, and ensuring every detail runs flawlessly. This role is perfect for someone who has mastered complex multi-day conferences, weddings, and corporate events and thrives under pressure, and loves working across diverse event formats.

You'll be responsible for:
  • Working closely with clients to transform ideas into exceptional event experiences
  • Coordinating suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to secure everything needed for success
  • Keeping communication sharp, clear, and seamless across all stakeholders
  • Running smooth event-day operations with confidence and calm
  • Reviewing events post-delivery to support continuous improvement
  • Allocate, book and manage Front of House staff for each event
What We're Looking For
  • A confident communicator with natural relationship-building skills
  • 5+ years' event coordination experience, including multi-day conferences, weddings and events
  • Proven success in delivering high-level, complex events
  • Solid experience working with PCOs
  • A collaborative team player with big energy and initiative
  • Flawless attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Flexibility for evening/weekend event commitments
  • Event Management qualification (advantage)
