The Role:
- This role is full time working 40 hours per week
- Monday – Friday, start/finish times are negotiable
- Applicants for this position should have the legal right to work in New Zealand.
Job Requirements:
- Preperation of on site documents
- familiar with Xero & Microsoft 365
- Accounts payable and recievable
- Compiling sustainability reports
- Equipment/vehicle maintanance booking
- Cash handling
- Ordering and managing business essentials
- Planning & organising company events
- General Admin ( Certification renewals, licenses, Insurance and compliance)
- Point of contact / Enquires
- Basic Marketing
