The Role:

  • This role is full time working 40 hours per week
  • Monday – Friday, start/finish times are negotiable
  • Applicants for this position should have the legal right to work in New Zealand.

Job Requirements: 

  • Preperation of on site documents
  • familiar with Xero & Microsoft 365
  • Accounts payable and recievable 
  • Compiling sustainability reports 
  • Equipment/vehicle maintanance booking
  • Cash handling 
  • Ordering and managing business essentials
  • Planning & organising company events
  • General Admin ( Certification renewals, licenses, Insurance and compliance)
  • Point of contact / Enquires
  • Basic Marketing

What you will need to succeed:

Ideally you will have working experience in a small to medium business, supporting owner-operators. You will understand what it takes to keep a busy operation running smoothly.
You will be comfortable juggling all your responsibilities, learning quickly and taking ownership of making things happen.
You will be organised, reliable and proactive. You will enjoy a real hands on role, solving problems, and having a positive impact in the business.
