DIRECTOR OF SALES & MARKETING Lead the commercial launch of a brand-new luxury hotel!
We’re looking for an energetic, strategic and highly connected Sales & Marketing superstar to drive brand awareness, market penetration and revenue success from pre-opening through to full operation.
You’ll be responsible for:

• Developing and executing all sales, marketing and branding strategies
• Building global trade, corporate and digital partnerships
• Positioning the hotel for a powerful market launch
• Leading PR, digital campaigns and distribution channels
• Delivering strong ADR, occupancy and commercial performance

Desirable Background:

• Senior Sales & Marketing experience within hotels or luxury travel
• Pre-opening hotel experience a BIG advantage
• A creative thinker who loves building brands from the ground up

FRONT OFFICE MANAGER Set the service tone for an unforgettable guest experience from Day One!
We’re seeking a polished, guest-obsessed hospitality professional to lead Front Office operations and build a high-performing FO team from scratch.
You’ll be responsible for:

• Overseeing reception, guest services and concierge
• Establishing FO service standards and SOPs pre-opening
• Recruitment, training and coaching your team
• Ensuring seamless daily operations and top-tier guest satisfaction

Desirable Background:

• FOM or Assistant FOM experience in quality hotels
• Pre-opening experience highly desirable
• Strong leadership and a calm, guest-centric approach
