We are looking for a Book keeper to look after our accounts and contracts.

To be successful in the role, you would need to be: 

Good with maintaining and balancing financial records with adequate systems on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.

monitoring expenses, invoices and cash flow

preparing and producing revenue and expenditure reports for the company.

Review ,prepare and follow up on invoices, purchase orders and bank deposits; reconciling accounts against monthly bank statements;

verifying recorded transactions and reporting irregularities to the management

Overall responsibility for the financial health of the organisation

The applicant must have a  a minimum of 3 years of work experience or a qualification at level 4  or above.This is a full time permanent position with gaurenteed a minimum of 30 hours of work.
