Responsibilities include:


 Assisting with the daily operations of the restaurant and taking responsibility for
managing the restaurant in the manager’s absence
 Supervise and support restaurant staff, ensuring high levels of customer service and
teamwork
 Manage staff roster and ensure adequate coverage during peak hours
 Assist in training and mentoring new team members
 Handle customer inquiries, complaints and feedback professionally
 Assist in managing inventory, placing orders and minimizing wastage
 Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations

Requirements:


 One year of experience in the hospitality industry
 Having a hospitality/business management certification would be great but not
necessary if you can demonstrate experience
 Great leadership, customer handling and interpersonal skills.
 Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently.
 Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
