As our business continues to grow, the owner is now focusing on expanding the brand and opening new stores. To support this growth, we are urgently seeking a reliable Multi-Store Manager to oversee the daily operations and manage the staff of our two stores. 

Vacancy Details

• Job Title: Multi-Store Manager

• Employment Type: Permanent & Full-time

• Hours per week: guaranteed a minimum of 30 hours a week, a maximum of 50 hours a week.

• Wage: $30-35 per hour

• Number of Vacancies: 1 position

 

Primary duties of this position include:

• Plan, direct, and coordinate daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations

• Ensure high standards of food quality, service, and customer satisfaction are consistently met.

• Manage staff recruitment, training, performance, and rostering

• Maintain stock levels, order supplies, and liaise with suppliers

• Monitor and manage budgets, wage costs, and financial performance.

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally and promptly

• Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and hygiene regulations

• Develop and implement strategies to improve service and increase revenue

• Coordinate marketing and promotional activities as need

• Perform other related duties as required

 

To be right for this role and our team, you need to meet one of the below:

A qualification at Level 6 Diploma or above

OR

At least 24 months of relevant work experience
