MAHI GROUP NZ LIMITED requires 1 Team Member for our busy Pizza Hut
Glenfield Wairau store. As part of the team, you will be responsible for
greeting and serving customers, preparing products, maintaining food safety and
sanitation standards, and handling light paperwork. Exceptional customer service
is a key component of this role to maintain the integrity and reputation of the
store.

This is a full-time position working across various shifts. Full on-the-job
training will be provided. Applicants with customer service and fast-food industry
experience will be given preference; however, full training will be provided to
suitable candidates.
Minimum hours: 30 hours per week
Pay Rate: Between minimum wage - $26.00 per hour, depending on prior work
experience.

Tasks and Responsibilities
 Exhibit a cheerful and helpful manner while greeting customers and
preparing orders.
 Demonstrate a clear understanding of menu items and explain them
accurately to customers.
 Use the Point of Sale (POS) system/cash register to record orders and
calculate bills.
 Collect payments from customers accurately.
 Perform cash-in procedures, including accounting for money, stock, and
other items during shifts.
 Prepare food neatly and efficiently according to recipes and customer
requirements.
 Check product levels and restock items to ensure sufficient supply
throughout the shift.
 Follow correct food handling, safety, and sanitation standards during food
preparation, service, and cleaning.
 Clean and maintain all areas of the premises to promote a clean and
professional image.
 Maintain professional appearance and grooming standards at all times.
 Perform light paperwork duties as assigned.

Prerequisites
Physical Requirements:

 Ability to work in all areas of the restaurant when required.
 Ability to operate a computerised POS system/cash register.
 Ability to stand, walk, and bend for the duration of the workday.
 Ability to lift at least 5 kg frequently and up to 15 kg occasionally.

Other Requirements:
 Full Driver Licence
 Willingness to undergo alcohol and drug testing and a Ministry of Justice
check if required.
 Availability to work weekends, late nights, and on-call when required.
