 K & K 2025 Limited, a well-established and vibrant dining destination, is seeking a motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team. This is a full-time role with a minumum of 30 hours gauranteed

About the Role

As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring outstanding service, team leadership, and operational efficiency. You’ll oversee Front of house and back of house, staff management, customer satisfaction, inventory control, and compliance with health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and high service standards.
  • Coordinate menu planning with the Chefs. 
  • Coordinate staff schedules and ensure appropriate coverage during peak and off-peak hours.
  • Manage reservations, floor plans, and table allocations to optimise flow and maximise customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and maintain restaurant cleanliness, presentation, and ambiance.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the front-of-house and kitchen team to deliver consistently outstanding service.
  • Undertake recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.
  • Promote teamwork and open communication between kitchen and front-of-house staff.
  • Ensure all guests receive attentive, professional, and friendly service.
  • Resolve any customer issues or complaints efficiently and professionally.
  • Monitor budgets, sales, and cost targets to drive profitability.
  • Oversee inventory control, ordering, and supplier management to ensure adequate stock and cost efficiency.
  • Developing and implementing promotional activities to increase sales.
  • Ensure all operations comply with company policies, food safety standards, and health and safety legislation.

Requirements

  • A Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree or higher qualification in Business Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is a requirement for the role.
  • Alternatively, a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry may substitute for formal qualifications.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organised, with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for hospitality, customer service, and creating memorable dining experiences.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
