We, Futuregen Construction Ltd, are looking for an organized project administrator toperform clerical duties on projects. The project administrator is responsible for schedulingmeetings, managing office inventory, and tracking expenses in various construction projectsin Auckland, New Zealand. 

∙ Job location/region: Auckland, New Zealand 

∙ Number of positions for this job: 1 

∙ Employment type: Permanent 

∙ Days required: 6 days 

∙ Hours per week: minimum of 30 hours a week is guaranteed, maximumof 40 hours per week 

∙ Hourly rate: $33 – 38 depends on the experiences and level

Job description: 

● Schedule meetings and take minutes. 

● Order office supplies as needed. 

● Track project expenses. 

● Plans and undertakes administration of organisational projects

● Prepare requested documents for team members. 

● Conduct research for team members. 

● Create progress reports 

Job pre-requisites: 

● At least a bachelor degree in business management, business administration or a relatedfield. 

● Attention to detail. 

● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 

● Excellent organizational skills. 

● Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
