We’re looking for two Restaurant Managers to oversee the daily
operations of our café/restaurant.


Please note: you will be required to work in multiple locations
including our restaurants in Nelson and Richmond, Tasman.

Requirements:
•    a diploma in the related field or a bachelor’s degree or 2–3 years of relevant work experience


Key Responsibilities:
•    Supervise daily front- and back-of-house restaurant operations
•    Hire, onboard, and train new staff
•    Organise staff schedules 
•    Coordinate with vendors and manage supply orders
•    Control operational costs and identify ways to reduce waste
•    Maintain accurate stock records and update sales and expense reports
•    Collaborate with the chef to plan and adjust menu items based on seasonality and customer preferences
•    Guide staff on delivering excellent customer service and resolving customer issues
•    Plan and organise special events for customers when needed
•    Ensure compliance with safety and food quality standards


Employment Details:
•    Guaranteed a minimum of 30 hours per week, up to a maximum of 45 hours. Permanent position
•    Hourly remuneration ranges from $28 to $34, based on experience.
