  • Develop, implement, and maintain practical office, financial, and administrative systems, including schedules, workflows, and tracking processes, and support the business owner with organisation and follow-through
  • Maintain internal processes, documentation, and general operational organisation

Secondary / occasional duties

  • Occasional taproom support when required

  • Where required, act as Licence Controller for occasional shifts (once legally eligible)

  • Run business errands and collect supplies or stock as needed

  • High level of computer literacy, including confidence working across multiple systems and software platforms
  • Full New Zealand driver’s licence (required for regular business errands)

  • LCQ (Licence Controller Qualification), or willingness to obtain. Licence controller responsibilities will only be undertaken once all legal requirements are met
