You will assist with staff supervision, service standards, and operational efficiency while contributing to a positive, welcoming dining experience for all guests.
Job Description

Supervise front-of-house operations during service to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.

Lead, support, and motivate FOH team members to deliver excellent customer service.

Assist with staff training, onboarding, and on-the-job coaching.

Ensure service standards, cleanliness, and presentation are consistently maintained.

Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally and effectively.

Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food service.

Assist with opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and basic reporting.

Support rostering and daily task allocation as directed by management.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.

Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager or Director.
Qualification & Experience Required

Previous experience in a hospitality or management environment is preferred.

Prior supervisory or leadership experience is an advantage but not essential.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

A positive attitude, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility.
