The Club Manager is a vital role responsible for the overall operational excellence, financial performance and community development of Pacific Padel, Morton Road.

- Data & Reporting
- Staff Recruitment, Training & Development
Required Qualifications & Experience
• Management experience in hospitality, sports facility, or customer service operations
• Proven track record of team leadership and staff development
• Commercial acumen and financial literacy (understanding GP, NP, margins)
• Community building and customer engagement skills
• Experience with technology platforms (Playtomic beneficial)
• Strong data accuracy and reporting discipline
• Proactive communication and results orientation
This is a full-time role with normal working hours of 50 per week, of which 28 will be on-site. The remainder can be from home and in the head-office.
