About the Company:

Neverland Playground Limited was established in 2020 and is located at 295 Ti Rakau Drive, Burswood, Auckland. We operate a family-oriented indoor playground combined with food and beverage services, providing a safe, engaging, and enjoyable environment for children and families. In addition to our playground facilities, we offer café-style food services and host birthday parties and special events.

We are currently seeking a marketing coordinator to join our team. This is a permanent full-time role with an immediate start date. You will be paid at a reasonable market rate. To be considered as a member of Neverland Playground Limited you will need to demonstrate the following skills:

Skills and Experience:

 

·       A New Zealand Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

·       Preferably prior work experience in marketing or in a playground, hospitality, or related service industry.

·       Strong research, analytical, and organizational skills.

·       Ability to coordinate multiple marketing campaigns and meet deadlines.

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

·       Familiarity with social media platforms and basic digital marketing tools.

·       Proactive, detail-oriented, and well organized.

·       Creative, with a strong understanding of customer-focused marketing strategies.

·       Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

·       Strong time management and coordination skills.

 

Job Responsibilities:

Market Research & Analysis

  • Research market trends, customer needs, competitors, and seasonal demand.
  • Identify opportunities for new services, events, party packages, and food promotions.
  • Collect customer feedback to support marketing and pricing decisions.

Marketing Strategy & Planning

  • Assist with planning and carrying out marketing activities in line with business goals.
  • Coordinate promotions for playground services, birthday parties, school holiday programmes, and food and beverage offerings.
  • Support pricing decisions by reviewing market conditions and competitor pricing.

Promotions & Advertising

  • Coordinate online and in-store promotions, including social media, website updates, email marketing, and signage.
  • Work with external suppliers for advertising, printing, and digital promotions when required.
  • Review and report on the results of marketing campaigns.

Digital & Content Marketing

  • Manage and update social media and digital platforms.
  • Create simple marketing materials such as posts, flyers, posters, and basic videos.
  • Ensure all marketing materials follow company branding.

Coordination & Administration

  • Work with internal staff to make sure marketing activities support daily operations.
  • Maintain marketing schedules, records, and promotional calendars.
  • Assist with tracking marketing costs.

Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure marketing activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations.
  • Prepare regular reports and suggest improvements to marketing activities.
