We’re seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with occupational health and leadership expereince to lead from the front. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity where you’ll mentor and grow a strong nursing network, champion clinical excellence, and partner with senior leadership to develop best-practice policies and procedures.

About the role

  • Lead and drive clinical quality improvement, service design, and best practice
  • Support and manage the recruitment, training, and professional development of nursing staff
  • Ensure clinical compliance across the service
  • Conduct audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Build strong relationships across sites and work collaboratively with management

About you

  • Current clinical registration with experience in occupational health or those with primary healthcare expereince would also be considered 
  • Proven experience leading and managing clinical teams
  • A collaborative leadership style with a genuine passion for helping others succeed
  • Strong communication skills and confidence working across multiple stakeholders
  • New Zealand residency or citizenship
