Job Duties
 Plan and organise the restaurant's daily operations, including staffing,
scheduling, and service flow.
 Develop and implement service standards to enhance customer satisfaction
and efficiency
 Supervise the activities of the kitchen, dining, and service staff to ensure
effective operations.
 Delegate tasks and coordinate with team members to maintain a high
standard of service.
 Monitor customer satisfaction and handle complaints, aiming to create a
positive dining experience.
 Promote and maintain good customer relations to encourage loyalty and
repeat business.
 Recruit, hire, and train new staff, ensuring they understand service standards
and health regulations.
 Assist in planning menus in consultation with chefs, keeping in line with
customer preferences and cost requirements.
 Develop budgets, monitor sales, and control operating expenses to ensure
profitability.
 Manage cash handling, including opening and closing cash registers, and
prepare financial reports as required.
 Organise and promote special events or seasonal promotions to attract
customers.
 Ensure compliance with local food safety, health, and hygiene regulations.

 

What are we looking for in a suitable candidate.

You must have at least 2 years of relevant experience
Experience Working in a Restaurant or similar establishment.
