The role – Residential Aged Care Home Manager

As Home Manager / Facility Manager, you will lead the full operation of the home, with accountability across clinical governance, compliance, people leadership, resident experience and financial performance.

Your focus will be on:

• Leading and stabilising clinical and care teams
• Delivering consistent, person-centred aged care
• Maintaining compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards
• Accreditation readiness without constant firefighting
• Workforce leadership, engagement and retention
• Building strong, respectful relationships with residents and families
• Partnering with GPs, allied health and external providers
• Creating a calm, accountable and high-performing culture

About you

You are an experienced Registered Nurse leader who has carried the weight of operations and is ready for a role where leadership is sustainable.

You will bring:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Experience as a Home Manager, Facility Manager, Residential Manager or Senior Care Manager
• Strong understanding of the Australian aged care regulatory environment
• Proven leadership through workforce pressure and compliance complexity
• Calm, practical decision-making under pressure
• Strong communication and people leadership capability
• Confidence managing accreditation, audits and quality systems
