Job description
- contributing to the planning, evaluation, and improvement of office services while establishing priorities and service standards
- distributing and managing staff, workspace, and office equipment effectively
- delegating tasks to staff and overseeing their performance and productivity
- maintaining and managing office records, documentation, and financial accounts
- coordinating with professionals to support office operations and assist in resolving issues
- ensuring office equipment and supplies are properly maintained and readily available
- ensuring adherence to occupational health and safety requirements
- ensuring all work activities comply with applicable government legislation, policies, and procedures
- overseeing personnel functions including recruitment, promotions, performance reviews, payroll, training, and supervision
- organizing and managing office operations, including administrative systems and office staff
- carrying out other reasonable duties as assigned by the employer

- Location: Auckland
- Job type: Full-time
- Pay rate: 30.00- 35.00 New Zealand dollars per hour
- Days required: Monday to Friday
- Hours per week: At least 30
Job Requirement
- Minimum 1 years of relevant working experience, or a relevant NZ diploma qualification, or an equivalent overseas qualification is required.
